Introduction to Beekeeping

In this one day workshop participants will learn the benefit of honeybees, basic bee biology, how to get started in beekeeping, common pests and diseases, and how to harvest honey.
All levels of experience are welcome.
An examination of an active beehive will be dependent on availability and weather.
